We are a chain of high-quality Mexican restaurants in Northern Europe with 25 locations in Sweden, Denmark & Iceland under the name Zócalo.
We are looking for multi-unit franchisees or area developers throughout the US for Fresh Happy Mex.
We provide a fresh and unique concept and we have a great deal of experience, having operated our Mexican restaurants for almost 20 years. We do things different from the major chains in the Mexican food market in the US. From our menu to how we serve our food and the look of our restaurants, Fresh Happy Mex is different.

Fresh Happy Mex Franchise
Fresh Happy Mex offers a tried and tested franchise concept. We have operated Mexican Fast Food restaurants since 2002. Everything from food preparations to marketing is a part of our franchise offering. To our franchisees we offer great online support as well as face-to-face support and regular visits to their restaurants.

Our Restaurants
We have restaurants in many different sizes from 12 square meters (130 square feet) up to 300 square meters (3.300 square feet). We have restaurants in food courts like Tivoli Food Hall in Copenhagen, Denmark and K25 in Stockholm, Sweden up to large restaurants with seating for up to 160 people.

Our Food
Our food is inspired by the taquerias in San Francisco’s Mission District. We call our food Fresh Happy Mex – it is our version of Mexican food made from scratch with high quality ingredients.
At Zócalo we serve high quality burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, tacos, nachos and salads. Our guests can either order a set item from the menu (with their selection of protein) or make their own their own unique meal.
